Yes you may be right about the volatility, but that may only be short term and it maybe a blessing for NSL.
If the trial testing goes well and results in orders and the benefication plant is up and running full time, then maybe more investors will be keen to put their money as far away from China as possible.
It`s known that India wants to progress their country, and hopefully NSL will be able to cash in big time by being at the fore front of producing a commodity for the local market.
I agree with others that it is probably Magna playing games with the share price, IMO to keep it down so they get more shares for their buck.
But this dilution is also hurting NSL management, so i`m sure they would be doing everything they can to prevent too much dilution for us all.
