There is nothing wrong with share consolidations in themselves - it's the reason why a company consolidates is what will determine if it consolidation is successful or not.
In this case, as long as AGO continues to generate a profit each quarter then it will be the right move. The question you have to ask yourself with investing in AGO is whether I/O will sustain current levels for the rest of 2017.
