Maybe it is a bit like the wool boom of the 50 s.. Japan bought every bit of wool it could get at any price for a few months and sent the price through the roof,then,with a huge stockpile of wool,stopped buying and the price dropped like a rock and they still stayed out of the market and used their stockpile ,which wrecked the wool p[rice for years.I DOUBT anyone has enough IO stockpiled to keep the price down for long as I think the world is on the verge of another major expansion with China,India USA etc ready to go.And the thought of war will keep it ticking along IMO
