    A share buyback won't happen in the near term...

    Scenario: they spend $20m on buyback now at 1.3/1.4... Iron ore tanks to $40 tonne... And they need to recap at 0.8c or less.

    Quite simply, buybacks or dividends adds risk.

    I agree it could be a brilliant play.. but a risky one and boards nowadays don't like risk...
