Whilst a rising A$ will have a negative impact on the income earned, so long as the IO price increases at the same rate as the rising A$ then there is no problem.
Rising commodity prices generally do cause the $A to rise.
Where Atlas will benefit from a rising $A will be that the $US loan will effectively be reduced.
