Clearly you don't know how governments work.
If China bombed infrastructure, warehouses, factories, airports they all need rebuilding. These are major strategical points to target.
It's already happening in Seria, Afghanistan and has happened in WW2 & Iraq.
This would cripple NK more than it already is.
The cost of war always come down to dollars and cents.
Believe it or not but war is great for the economy.
