Without upsetting anyone, and I apologise if I have. My very basic theory is:
If NK needed to rebuilt tomorrow it would need resources to do so.
Chinese developers would pounce and rebuild. This would require steel which requires Ore which pushes up demand helping AGO and making us money.
In a nut shell.
I'm holding long term so, WAR, however terrible can be profitable.
