I agree that that all benchmarks are relevant for determining sentiment.
AGO majorly undervalued at this level. Only a matter of time before this pops again. Again, i do believe the reduced annual production guidance is weighing on the price action (the market prices in growth and we have no growth in the business at the moment, only treading water) however, at these levels, management would be crazy not to:
1. Renegotiate the debt position (pay a portion or at least to more commercial rates).
2. Get CD back online. Spend the money get it shovel ready even if it is delayed again, get it ready so when IO is good, management can pounce on it.
3. Forget dividends, buybacks, consolidations etc etc... Insulate the business! Cut costs, increase production (reducing cost per wmt). This will result in a strong shareprice.
