I see a huge issue - can the debtholders that have shares on the board vote - if so his bonus outcome could be manipulated hmmm - why vote now anyway Ceo said we ate in the coin - why not wait 6 months and get shareholder support - do we blindly trust this board and guve him 2 million - after being let down sooooo many times - im for 100 mill options at 1.7c todays price deliver the goods then get paid Cliff if everything works out thats more cash than he is asking for now
