its never going to go up. i watched it closely today and every single time the .35 line got wiped it would just appear again - so somebody has an endless amount of shares to sell it appears unfortunately. lets just be thankful they are reloading .35 and not just dumping down to 1c - they dont appear to hide the fact they have a gazillion shares to unload either - they reload almost immediately.
