Is the cost of which atlas sell it competitive? - not really
Is the management team looking after shareholders and creating value for them? - no, debt holders interests are first

3 big red flags. I would rather wait for a few issues to be resolved and not be purely reliant on the IOP. I will come back in when the risk/return improves which is when debt holders are gone.

Agreed, which is why the only thing I’m doing with the stock is buying at 2.6 and selling at 2.6
Done see any point holding it long term unless iop starts ramping up past 80
