    doesnt matter what the cost is, the gain offsets the cost, could cost $5 extra per tonne and discount could drop to 15% for example.

    thing is its on their fines so its the crap stuff anyway, could also be the reason why they had extra 200k tonnes sitting at port, not shipping until feedback from customer on trail sample.
