if the 3 trill infrastructure passes you will probably see that US steel wont have the capacity to supply , the end user pays the tarrif and that puts a massive cost on the infrastructure
What I think will happen is the tarrif will be relaxed and a quota percentage ie percentage of US steel mandatory in all infrastructure projects win win all round
