If BOD and Management cant' walk and chew gum so to speak they have no right being in the positions they are. Lets not forget they only supervise the people actually doing the work. And they can afford to invest in best in field people to make it work.
Not doing allscript Takeovers at these sp's is wasted opportunity. The commodity money will be required for centuries to come. Investing in the commodity money is smart. Full stop whether your having a go or not.
