The problem is that share market is priced on "forward" EPS. The market is probably using US$50-55 as the base IO price due to low sentiment.
At Qingdao Port: PB Powder 530-540 yuan up 10 yuan; FMG 58% 395-405 up 5 yuan.
Shanghai:
- Rebar: 3460 up 10 yuan at 12:43pm Sydney Time.
- Hot Roll: 3140 down 50 yuan at 1:46pm Sydney Time.
Tangshan Billet started the day at 2980 yuan and saw good transaction volume after noon, some surround area already increase the price by 10 yuan to 2990 yuan. Expect Tangshan Billet to follow later today.
There are both up and down prices at the physical market today, so far "bull" vs "bear" EVEN. At the Futures, a bit weaker after a strong rise yesterday.
