So they up the infrastructure spend and need more IO and the crappy stuff they have in the west of China
would need to be blended anyhow, if and when they could ramp up production.
A conciliated decision that everyone can live with will be far better than anything arbitrated by one side or the other.
Don't expect to see 2 leaders on crutches having shot themselves in the foot.
Probably at the stage of adjournment to give both parties time to consider and further negotiate.
Optimistically thinking a deal will be done and may provide for parties to review outcome and adherence to
agreement after a set time. Just an opinion.
