St George Margin Lending 60.00% gearing.
Variable rate interest 5.12% (negotiatinging even better terms could ge below 5.00% as loan is nearly $3.0m)
They have a buffer that helps out on days like this before a call is made and as I have been wth them for years and they have made a hit load in brokerage and interest charges, they allow me some leniency with margin call time to pay the piper
