I wonder what the share price would be if the independent BOD had acted in the interest of all shareholders and used surplus funds towards the continued growth of the company by paying down debts or diversifying into copper nickel lithium or gold through a combination of cash debt and scrip. Rather our independent BOD has caved into the demands of one shareholder to waste so much money on a special dividend. This is so wrong
