Annualised that is $15.6b. PE of under 2.
I don't know how accurate your number is (I haven't run the sums, but it will be in the right ball park I would think), but it shows at current IO prices FMG is seriously undervalued... again.
I'm keen at some stage to take some cash/risk off the table - but just can't do it at these prices because downside is minimal. IO would need to drop back to $85-90 or discounts widen for current value to be fair IMO.
Always some rabbits that can be pulled out of hats too (like today's announcements - albeit they are small scale) - cashflow gives that freedom.
