at $70usd a tonne the SP in the model comes out around $8.80 (pretty close to where we are today).
Of course prices are currently $120 a tonne, discounts are sub 10% and AUD is at 69c rather than 70-71. I understand that the model isn't designed to be a point-in-time measurement (and especially if that point-in-time is today, where metrics are close to all-time-highs) - but your point is very valid - if you are going to propose an average or historic average figure, it should be accurate.
