Supply is already tight as it is. Just because Vake has taken a back seat in the last couple of weeks, supply is a long long way off from returning to pre Brumadinho levels.
Margins may be tighter in China for steel but it is still being pumped out at record levels.
Any further dwindling of IO stockpiles from already low levels is going to have large ramifications for the market.
