The most annoying part of the announcement, is that they have included the "special dividend", in calculating the pay out ratio.
So it turns out the "special dividends" were in fact just regular dividends, which is not a problem for most people, except because they labeled them "special dividends", the strike price of my options were adjusted, so now a $7.00 call I sold was reduced to a $6.42 call, So I am out 58cents per share on 49000 shares, because they were stupid and called it a special dividend, when it fact it was simply a regular dividend within the normal guidance of 50% to 80% payout ratio,
Pretty annoying.
