Report: China's local infrastructure investment to accelerate in Q4

SHANGHAI, Sep 12 (SMM) – China's local governments have stepped up investment in infrastructure as a number of key projects were kicked off during the past half a month, according to reports by Shanghai Securities News on Wednesday September 11. This is expected to drive the growth of domestic infrastructure investment in the fourth quarter.
The amount of new investment across provinces of Guizhou, Sichuan, Hebei, Shandong, Henan, and Fujian is estimated to exceed a trillion yuan so far.
