last run of a few weeks previous to last 5 days or so I was buying in and out like a mad man - made half as much as I would of made if I just held for 3 weeks. Sold extremely well right near morning peaks but did not buy back well.
got to keep slapping my selling hand back and Go with the tide instead of trying to catch each wave
