Been caught too many times chasing it up usually ends in tears, best time in my opinion to buy is in first 5 minutes then get out once you're target reached and turn the screen off till tomorrow. My problem is stop loses , I'm good at taking lots of decent profits then give them back when it all goes wrong but that usually happended before I made the no chasing rule
