Just as an FYI, news released just now is not a surprise. I posted on Fri last week that capacity utilisation fell by about 10% in the week ending Fri 4th Oct as a result of the holiday week.
The week after showed capacity utilisation increasing by close to 9%.

While the first 10 day shows output down 7%, much of that came from the first few days of Oct. 7% is the weighted average. it’s highly likely you’ll see a similar % up for the second 10 days of Oct.
