I had no idea ! I thought FMG has the best relationship with indigenous people and lots of them are working for FMG in the mines! If I am not wrong 20 percent of the workforce are indigenous people!
Employment is the best form of compensation, it will give a sense of purpose to indigenous people and will lift their spirits and away from drugs and alcohol. In contrary to give handouts and money only will destroy them and makes them depended to governments and companies.
