That is just one persons opinion and he has not addressed the diversification FMG is undertaking.
There is one person who would agree with Charlie Aitken and we all know of @IndianOceanGuy opinion (same as C.A.).
If I.O. were to slowly fall as he predicts, the question I would be asking is where the hell does one park any money to get a decent
return? I can't see term deposits giving any decent returns and not everyone wants to become a landlord.
