$1.87 eps at div payout of 75% gives you div of $1.40 or pre tax div of $2 per share
Then there’s another $0.47 of retained profit as well(that’s the 25% not paid out)
Total grossed up EPS is $2.47 then!
Wages are pre tax, rental yields are before tax so why not equities!
