There is still a big demand for IO in China as 90% is for their own use and they are back to work now.
I agree you can't trust anything the CCP says given their lies about coronavirus, their deliberate failure to tell the world back in November when it started in Wuhan, infecting the world and creating this economic and social havoc worldwide.
