I have noticed now FMG is using Platts 62% CFR as a benchmark price against their realised price, looking back to the last 4 Q, FMG no longer use TSI 62%, it has been using Platts instead.
So I will post Platts Spot prices, when available, FREE of course, to HC readers, well, unless I get suspend again, so here they are:
Platts 62% US$69.65, down US$0.65
Platts 65% US$84.75, down US$0.65
Platts 58% US$43.20, down US$0.65
Platts 58% low AL US$58.05, down US$0.65
Average price will be posted at the beginning of the month.
As for Forward Contract for 27/7/2017:
- FMG 58.3% US$52.60/dmt CFR Qingdao.
- FMG 56.7% US$45.65/dmt CFR Qingdao.
Both up US$0.30 from previous day.
