4.10 pm an additional 1,506,986 shares traded for a total of $3,013,973. The auction price also dropped the final price by 4 cents to 14.54. Auction sales essentially half of yesterdays sales after market.  
The adjusted VWAP was 14.48.0705
Then by 5.00 pm an additional 121987 shares traded for a total of a total of $1.7 million  at 14.54 with one parcel of 62023 shares at 14.60
