There must be very heavy pressure on those work place health and safety regulators in Para not to move on the mines of Vale's Northern System. Problem is, Para is not a wealthy state and needs the income. Common sense would be, with nearly 5000 cases in Parauapebas alone, to suspend operations there. But hey, that's Brazil. Why not just take a huge risk with people's lives.
