I woke up this morning thinking this is crazy. I've gotta get get out and sit on the sidelines for a while.Then the XJO pops up 3%
FMG (in particular) is a plaything of politics & big players. Fundamentals are a side issue
The only thing making me continue to hold is FMG IS Brazil, Andrews Forrests seemingly good personal contacts in China , China's handling of Covid and the fact that there should be some advance warning if China looking at alternative sources of iron ore.
Will our Federal Government continue to prod China for political gain irrespective of domestic damage or will cooler heads prevail ?
Will Covid get out of control in China ( my guess is no.)
Time will tell.
