brokers upgraded TP with small steps. that is why the TPs have been following the actual sp for so long. the actual sp moved up and then broker TPs followed up. M.B. is better for this stock. from M.B. overnight commentary. Higher production and reduced cash costs translates to material upgrades to our earnings forecasts and drives a 20% lift in our price target to $18.00 with the top rating. In current situation, I think TP could reach $20 .
