you had better go do some research
china had enough IO 30 years ago their IO grades are down to 27% require massive sintering to upgrade sufficiently to make even crap iron causing
massive air pollution in the process
there is no way they could support the now largest steel output in the world or go up the value chain to make industrial type steels without imported
IO short term OZ medium term +Brazil long term +Africa but med term is say 2-3 yrs and long term 5+ mean time we are just selling rocks for big bucks
