A bit of risk is being taken off the table is my guess. It has run hard and it is taking a breath.
Its good when some of the froth comes off and takes a pause, opens up the opp to buy some more before the next run.
Big Tech in NDQ had a massive night. Apple doing its thing ( Stock split 1 to 4). Tesla doing similar thing. So naturally tech is a big flavour here. may be a factor as people rotate into tech. Also lots of positive sentiment about Cv19 vaccination ( think Sputnik), lower cases in Vic / fewer deaths ( so far today) - also rotation to healthcare & travel stocks on this.
Great buying opportunityimo before it ramps up to the 24th Aug reporting. Im going to sell some other stuff today and buy some more
