Wish people would post the reasoning behind their forcasts.( of course not everyone is guilty of this ) Otherwise it can only be assumed that the comment is the writers best guess.
I used to be a Simpsons fan and one of my favourites was Homer Simpson sitting at the nuclear station contol panel trying to stay awake saying
Green is good, Red is bad, Green is good, Red is bad, Green is AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH It's Red it's Red and runs for the exit.
This is not a good investment hypothesis .(a supposition or proposed explanation made on the basis of limited evidence as a starting point for further investigation.)
