You advertise like heck on facebook for new staff in key towns like Parauapebas, Canaa dos Carajas, Eldorado dos Carajas, Maraba and Curionopolis (Serra Leste). At the same time, you test, you identify the ill, you home isolate sick miners, and then you bring in replacement staff from other areas- and you keep running at all cost. So simple, really.
