I doubt they have - but hope they have.
AF saw this price level as value (and put $100m of his money in), so surely the BB team should be instructed along similar lines. Not necessarily to 'support' AF's investment, just that the trigger point below $16.x - no idea whether the x is .90 or .01 represents value and the BB should commence.
That said, with IO at $115, and stabilizing, we should be on track for another decent ($0.90c +++) dividend. So it will be returned to shareholders one way or another (either via BB reducing shares on issue, or dividends).
