Cant see the vaccination being rolled out until mid next year. Whilst the FDA may approve it, it will take some time to manufacture - then distribute and then inject. I have little doubt that the America's from the USA, the very wealthy nations will take up all initial vaccine stocks. It is predicted that Australia won't have the vaccine until mid 2021 and even that is with a strong local manufacturing capacity with Pfizer, GSK, Moderna, AstraZinca, Gealead and CSL all involved in the production & distribution.
So fundamentally, I cant see the vaccine effecting the Brazil IO production until mid year. The rains will be a bigger factor.
2ndly I think that once the vaccination is delivered. The global demand for steel & competition for IO will actually push the price up higher as nations pump trillions into infrastructure projects.... The IO price could much higher.
