Iron ore price, page-25400

I'm free carry on 36000 afterpay shares... so I've got my original money back slightly faster than on FMG.

to be fair my post was a very clear and honest view as to why i was selling, for the benefit of everyone else to consider it, which is the whole point of this forum.

I still don't like the dynamic of 60+% buyer of the world's iron ore having a huge diplomatic spat with our Gov. it's just wrong to suggest that someone else will buy all that ore considering that like 90% of their steel production is used domestically..... So a fight with your one customer is just too much risk for me vs other opportunities that are safer imo.... like Tesla and Afterpay for 5 years.

GLTAH.. i really hope I'm wrong and China settles down without putting tariffs on iron ore that we can't avoid because there isn't another customer. i can then buy back just before the next dividend
