Look, lbw people need roi. You just can't get it these days by leaving your money in the bank. And like Buffet also said every ten years or so, the skys will darken and it will start to rain gold bars, and at that time you need to go out into the yard with a laundry tub, not a teaspoon. It's like that at the moment with IO stocks, especially dividend producing ones like fmg. Capital gain, plus 10% or more in dividends. You will see a lot of tubs out in a lot of yards. That might just be a sign for you to take cover.
