It will take at least 5+ years for a normal country to get an operation IO mine up and running. In Africa with the way things are I guess It might be closer to 1.5x that or 7 - 10 yrs.
This is not an immediate threat in the medium term.
I think that FMG will be into the green energy by then. Plus still producing the worlds lost cost of production IO.
