im far from an expert mate, there are certainly far more intelligent people on these forums than me from both a technical and fundamental perspective

however I just do my best to tell it how I see it based on some 20 plus years of real life investing, you know the type of investing where you put your money where your mouth is.

im a bit a mish mash of both book smart and street smart investing, but predominately street smart, my current investment decisions and analysis and contribution to these forums are all now based on being out there on the street actually doing property developments and actually putting considerable money on the share markets, basically no mentor but just learning the hard way I guess through mistakes.

I really wish there was somewhere there some 20 years ago to teach me what I know now, I guess that's were my passion for investing comes from.

anyway good luck with your investing, hope you kill it and make heaps as that's what we are all here for.

I will be here always reading everyone's posts with an open mind, but I will try and limit my posting for obvious reasons.

how's those dalian futures going hey, down 5% overnight, I got bagged out only the other day by the owner of the forum for a prediction of 5.50-5.60 for fmg within the next week or so give or take a few days.

6 bucks at the minute, if dalian continues to pull back and with ex div day potentially stripping 20-25
cents from the share price, who knows hey, 5.60 may certainly not be out of reach

all depends if everyone has got in yet for the div, if not then there may be some demand for the stock until Thursday Friday keeping it at 6, if everyone is already in for div then one would have to expect a pull back of sorts based on that and also if dalian casino keeps taking a hit then more support for the pull back

anyway keeping an open mind lets see what the markets bring us next week
