4 ships loading at the 4 operational berths. 10 ore carriers waiting at anchorage for the chance to load.
It hardly seems that they are loading at capacity. Why would there be so many carriers in the que?
To me, it seems that a 25% hit is a 25% hit, unless the rain has really slowed them down at SIID and Sierra Norte, in which case monthly volumes will be off anyway.
Whichever way you look at it, 25% off due to seasonal rain in the Amazon or 25% off due to lower loading capacity at PdM- they are 25% down on optimum capacity at PdM this month- and Chinese demand is up.
