I'd say it is the Chinese lunar New Year effect- starts in under two weeks, Feb 12, and slows down manufacturing for a bit. As well they are implementing fairly harsh restrictions in the Beijing area due to a small uptick (54 new cases yesterday) in Carona virus, and fear of spread during the Chinese New Year.
A bit of disruption happening. Should be short lived.
