What has happened in the US and world markets last night will panic our market on Monday.
It will be strong sell on most stocks on Monday.
Appears we were in a bubble which has now burst.
World markets all down about 2% last night.
The ASX got to just over 7000 points a week or so ago but now at just over 6600 points.
Could drop into the low 5000 point range before bargain hunters pile back in.
Something always pulls it back from the 7000 range to the 5000 range.
We should all know better by now but greed takes over our thinking.
So let it drop like a brick then when it levels out and starts going up a bit that will be the time to pile back in.
Problem we all face is when to sell. Out thinking should be buy in fear and sell in greed. Should also be looking at the
ASX and when it reaches a high 7000 get out of everything.
