ive often considered doing what you do, buying options, however like I said I just cant get my head around the facts of buying a wasting asset.

once again toto is dead on the money with his response, from a personal perspective I feel a month out is the best strategy, but still look forward to your findings.

Its hard enough in my view knowing direction of iron ore, fmg sp and not too mention all the macro economic events for one month out let alone say 3. I've certainly looked at longer option positions but for me I just cant find any solid justification for it.
