Having worked in the money departments of top 20 ASX listed companies for 20+ years before the old family office was set up, I can tell you that this is a blip on the screen in the scheme of things.


As much as we like to talk about "culture" we can find many many highly credentialed & experience alternatives that will compliment and even enhance the "culture". Who wouldn't want to join one of the most successful, progressive - now companies???



I can see an even more disciplined approach to costs moving forward & an enhanced "culture" as a result of the recruits. A a shareholder this is a good thing.

Net/ Net I don't see any change & neither should you.

Those suggesting otherwise do so to push a very transparent agenda.
